The basics of buying a home are pretty simple: go to the real estate agents, read their brochures, then buy.

But in Israel, they’re much more complicated.

You need to know what’s in stock, what’s out of stock, when it’s going to be backordered, and whether or not you can afford to keep buying.

It’s a complicated and nuanced process that requires patience and a bit of a bit more money.

But it’s important to understand that a home sale in Israel typically takes between two and five days.
